Responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining data records accurately
Monitoring and verifying software processes
Reporting technical issues and support tickets promptly
Coordinating with and providing regular updates to the IT Head
Assisting in routine system checks and backups
Managing user access controls and basic IT permissions
Supporting internal teams with software usage and troubleshooting
Documenting recurring technical issues for future reference
Ensuring compliance with IT policies and data security guidelines
Collaborating with vendors or service providers for software-related issues
