Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates eager to embark on a career in B2B sales. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential B2B clients and market segments.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong interest in B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
