Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives in IT development and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and creating strategies to acquire new business in web development, mobile apps, software solutions, SEO, paid marketing, and branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for IT services and digital marketing solutions.
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Understand client requirements and present customized solutions (website, mobile apps, custom software, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and marketing to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in IT services and/or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of web development, mobile applications, custom software, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in using CRM platforms for lead and pipeline management.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
