The Big Picture:
The IT Project Intern - CRM & IT Tools will support the management and enhancement of our internally developed CRM platform. This role involves coordinating with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of system features, testing changes, and ensuring smooth daily operations. In parallel, the candidate will gain hands-on experience working with the IT team across infrastructure, support, and systems. A basic understanding of coding and database concepts is expected to ensure effective communication and testing.

CRM & Internal Tools Management:
- Oversee day-to-day functioning of the internal CRM tool.
- Coordinate with external development vendors for enhancements, fixes, and version rollouts.
- Track project timelines and escalate delays or risks as needed.
- Gather internal user feedback, translate it into functional requirements, and work with vendors to implement changes.
- Perform basic testing (UAT) on new features and releases.
Technical Involvement:
- Understand system workflows and logic to provide effective feedback and issue reporting.
- Write or modify basic scripts or configuration files (e.g., HTML/CSS, PHP, or SQL) if needed.
- Use SQL or DB query tools to validate data or assist in testing features.
- Document project progress, system changes, and issue logs.
IT Department Exposure:
- Assist in internal IT support activities such as access management, user onboarding, and hardware/software support.
- Collaborate with IT team members on system upgrades, audits, or internal tools deployment.
- Participate in learning sessions to gain exposure to broader IT operations.
Essential Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in IT support, technical coordination, or project execution (including internships).
- Basic understanding of web technologies: HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript (optional).
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL or MS SQL) and ability to run basic queries.
- Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage and document multiple tasks.
- Understanding of APIs or REST-based integration
