- Assist in coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Support in breaking down projects into actionable tasks and setting realistic time frames.
- Help liaise with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define scope, and clarify objectives.
- Assist in assigning tasks to internal teams and tracking progress against schedules.
- Ensure client requirements are addressed and followed up as projects evolve.
- Support procurement activities and vendor communications when required.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication regarding project status.
- Help maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, preparing minutes and follow-up actions.
- Assist in designing and maintaining project schedules.
- Learn to identify opportunities for improving project profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure deadlines are monitored and met.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn project management tools and techniques.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts will be an advantage.
