Provide day-to-day technical support to staff, faculty, and students.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, projectors, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and networking devices.
Support online classes, presentations, and institute training software.
Assist in managing institute email IDs, student portals, and online learning platforms.
Ensure proper functioning of internet, Wi-Fi, and LAN connections.
Perform regular data backup and system updates.
Maintain IT asset inventory and report requirements for upgrades/replacements.
Provide technical support during seminars, training sessions, and institute events.
Ensure system security by installing antivirus, monitoring usage, and applying updates.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment purchase and maintenance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology (or related field).
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with MS Office,
Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues quickly and effectively.
Good communication skills and ability to guide non-technical staff.
Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
