- Develop and maintain up-to-date baselines for the secure configuration and operations of all in-place systems ∙Assist IT Team in researching technical problems and complex designs in order to develop staff capabilities
- Participate in on-call 24x7 support as needed in the event of system outage or fail Supporting IT requirements for clients/staffs who would be in US/India time zones.
- IT administration that includes performing troubleshooting on local area network and wireless networks
- Monitor and update all incidents and requests, including calls assigned to external suppliers/vendors ∙
- Track all work, inventory, and projects using a ticketing system ∙
- Provide technical support via telephone and remote control desktop tools ∙
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone/email
- Diagnose and resolve technical software issues remotely [Hardware, where applicable]
- Research questions using available information resources and document procedures
- Working knowledge of office 365 applications and its troubleshooting ∙
- Reassign or escalate incidents and requests to appropriate support level, third parties or other teams where appropriate level of discussion of issues with colleagues will be conducted.
- Recommend new and emerging technologies to solve business problems.
- Maintain proper documentation including configuration specifics and procedures, for implementation and ongoing operation/maintenance of infrastructure solutions
- Troubleshoot, repair and recover from hardware or software failures in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Install, configure, test and maintain systems, application software and infrastructure tools.
- Interact with IT Team, other teams and Management to identify areas of improvement for operational efficiency
- Participate in the planning and design of an enterprise Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan
- Comply with Incident Management and Change Management procedures and reporting practices
- Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of the IT industry as it relates to the technologies identified as primary responsibilities including awareness of new or revised solutions and improved processes .
Willing to support shifts based if needed .
