Experience Required: 2+ years preferredWe are seeking a well-organized and proactive individual to handle stock and inventory operations, purchase documentation, and vendor coordination. The candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to draft formal correspondence, and basic liaisoning capabilities with suppliers and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and conduct regular inventory checks
- Manage inward and outward material movement with proper documentation
- Follow up and Coordinate with vendors
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email drafting, and documentation
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Experience Required: 1 - 2 years
