About the Role: We are looking for an Inventory & Operations Executive to take charge of inventory management across our bakery, central kitchen, and gifting business. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, conduct regular audits, and ensure smooth movement of inventory across all locations. Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain and update inventory records across shop, kitchen, and hampers
✅ Implement and manage inventory software/tools
✅ Track movement of inventory (inward/outward)
✅ Plan and manage purchasing of inventory
✅ Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, shop, and warehouse
✅ Support the operations team in optimising stock levels and minimising wastage
✅ Conduct regular physical audits and match records with software
Requirements:
✔ 1–2 years of experience in inventory management
✔ Prior experience in a kitchen, bakery, or gifting company is a plus
✔ Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and any inventory software
✔ Organised, attention to detail, and good with numbers
✔ Honest, reliable, and accountable
✔ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
