- Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved.
- Update customer records in the system with accurate information.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall team goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a voice process role, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
- Proficient in using computers and relevant software applications.
