Job Title: International Voice Process - Customer Service Executive
Location: Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Boundaries: Ambernath - Ghatkopar [Central Line], Thane - Panvel [Trans Harbour], Vashi - Chembur [Harbour Line])

Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls for international clients.
- Provide high-quality support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Ensure excellent communication and customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of international voice process experience
- Skills: Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Documents: All previous company documents are mandatory
Salary & Benefits
- Australia Process: ₹25,000 per month
- Shift Timing: 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM (9-hour shift)
- Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
- US Process: ₹23,000 in-hand + ₹1,250 night allowance
- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 6:30 AM (9-hour shift)
- Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
