Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Amazon (Sales-Oriented)
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
- Graduates – Fresher or Experienced
- Undergraduates – Minimum 1 year of relevant international voice experience
- Salary:
- ₹27,000 CTC – For fresh graduates
- ₹30,000 CTC – For candidates with prior international voice experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Amazon’s international customers
- Assist users with order status, returns, refunds, and account issues
- Upsell & cross-sell Amazon services and products (Prime, gift cards, etc.)
- Promote customer loyalty through smart product recommendations
- Meet daily sales conversion and customer satisfaction targets
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Resolve queries within defined SLAs and ensure first-call resolution
- Identify sales opportunities during support interactions
- Maintain high service standards and follow Amazon’s compliance protocols
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales KPIs
- Quick learner with good product knowledge retention
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekend working (as per schedule)
