The role
As our customer base grows globally, we’re excited to offer an internal opportunity to join John Okomayin’s team as a Customer Success Sales Executive (Middle level). This is a remote role open to Idealers based in India.
Your primary responsibility will be to re-engage with our past and inactive Advisory clients, whilst managing a portfolio of existing Advisory clients.
We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, strong sales, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, who can successfully coordinate outreach activities, close deals and nurture client relationships.
What you will do
Manage a portfolio of existing Advisory clients and encourage repeat business
Presenting the product to customers-including demonstrations, onboarding and training
Research and study new clients to identify their expected value from the product
Engage with clients through their product journey and ensure appropriate experience to increase adoption and retention, including regular check-ins
Proactively renew, find additional projects, and upgrade client subscriptions based on their current needs
Monitor client activity in the VDR, anticipating potential issues, and promptly address them to maintain high client satisfaction
Establish and nurture strong client relationships to enhance loyalty
Participate in project activities to improve the Customer engagement process or introduce new Customer retention and expansion initiatives
What you bring
Full professional proficiency in English (C1)
3+ years of experience in a full sales cycle position
Knowledge of the best sales techniques for professionally dealing with objections, negotiating, creating proposals, and successful deal closure
Readiness and enthusiasm to take on additional tasks when necessary, along with a responsible and proactive work ethic
Ability to learn fast and adapt based on feedback
Proficiency in building fast rapport with a result-driven mindset
Nice to have
Proven expertise in upselling and cross-selling
Experience in a customer success-focused environment
Previous work experience in the B2B SaaS tech industry
Financial background, knowledge of key players and market trends
