Job Overview:
The Pre-Sales Intern will be part of the Presales function supporting solutions engineering and sales support activities. The role will have individual contribution and responsibility. The intern will assist in preparing technical documentation and other collateral for internal knowledge-building and client engagement activities. This internship will provide valuable experience in sales, business development, and customer relations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing presentations and demos: Support the Pre-Sales team in creating tailored demos, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Technical support for proposals: Help develop and customize technical proposals, including gathering requirements and crafting solutions.
- Market research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to help identify potential business opportunities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of proposals, technical documents, and sales support materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Product training: Gain knowledge of the company’s products and services to confidently assist in pre-sales activities.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience through academic projects or internships in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
