Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and project teams to develop cohesive interior design concepts.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and compelling design presentations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D views, and construction documentation (plans, elevations,
- sections, and details).
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with project vision
- and budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Keep up with evolving design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree
- is a plus).
- 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe
- Creative Suite, and rendering tools like Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray.
- Strong conceptual thinking and spatial design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction abilities.
- Ability to multitask across projects and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on high-end residential interiors.
- Familiarity with project budgeting, BOQs, and vendor coordination.
- Experience managing FF&E procurement and installation.
