Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as an Inside Sales. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Role: Inside Sales
Location: Chennai – Work from office
Working hours: Night shift (US hours)
Qualification: B.Com, BBA, B.A, MBA, M.Com, M.A, PGDM or any commerce-related course
Experience: Fresher – Immediate joiner
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients via calls and emails
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Generate and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
Maintain and update CRM systems with client information
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven
Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus
