Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calling, telemarketing, and research.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce to manage client data and track interactions.
- Present product demos and sales pitches effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to match client needs with product offerings.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or telesales preferred.
- Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
- Experience with lead generation and cold calling.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
