Role Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for training programs across Singapore, Philippines, and the Middle East. The role involves prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, and CRM management to ensure a healthy pipeline for the regional business development managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other databases.
- Execute cold email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach campaigns to generate interest.
- Conduct initial discovery/qualification calls (BANT framework: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Maintain accurate lead records and update progress in HubSpot CRM.
- Nurture leads until they are ready for handoff to regional BD managers.
- Generate weekly lead reports and insights for management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in training, SaaS, or consulting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
KPIs: Leads generated, SQL conversion rate, outreach response rate.
