Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through immigration services via phone, email & in-person.
- Stay updated on global immigration laws and visa requirements.
- Evaluate client profiles and provide honest, practical advice.
- Drive sales targets through consistent client follow-ups and consultations.
- Support clients with documentation and visa application steps.
- Collaborate on marketing ideas and content strategies.
- Work with a dynamic team to optimize processes and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Law, or International Relations.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or immigration services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (other languages are a bonus!).
