Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain day-to-day communication with influencers and content creators
- Onboard new creators and negotiate contracts
- Pitch creators to brands and close influencer marketing campaigns
- Handle execution, briefs, timelines, and deliverables for all collaborations
- Identify and recruit emerging talent across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Work closely with internal content, sales, and creative teams
- Track performance, payments, and reporting
- Attend shoots/events when needed to manage talent
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or entertainment
- Strong network or understanding of Indian content creator space
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Street-smart, hustler mindset with ability to handle pressure
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools
- Fluent in Hindi & English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
