We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-first Talent Associate to join our Influencer Marketing team, focusing exclusively on English-speaking creators across the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. You’ll manage the full influencer lifecycle—discovery, outreach, onboarding, coordination, and offboarding—ensuring seamless execution of high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers across Instagram and YouTube in the US, UK, and Australia.
- Drive influencer outreach and lead generation via email, DMs, and platform tools.
- Manage onboarding processes, contracts, briefs, and alignment with campaign goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for influencer communication, content coordination, and feedback.
- Oversee campaign execution to ensure timely, high-quality, and brand-aligned content.
- Track deliverables, maintain accurate influencer records, and ensure KPI achievement.
- Handle fee negotiations and scopes within budget and market standards.
- Build and maintain a structured talent pool with updated performance data.
- Stay informed on regional trends, platform updates, and creator landscape shifts.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or talent coordination.
- In-depth understanding of the influencer space and social media culture in the US, UK, and Australia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRMs, and tracking tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
