Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will engage with client project teams to offer your expertise in functional, technical, and industry-specific areas. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions designed and delivered meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. You will be instrumental in guiding teams through complex challenges, leveraging your knowledge to facilitate successful project outcomes and enhance overall client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide strategic insights to ensure alignment with client objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Research and Development Operations. - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the life sciences sector. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
