Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Indian Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian cuisine, ensuring high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes (North & South Indian preferred).
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the kitchen leadership.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of all ingredients and food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstation.
- Support the CDP or Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols.
- Take responsibility for preparing mise-en-place for assigned dishes.
- Assist in inventory control and minimizing food wastage.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Indian cuisine (commis-level).
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and food safety practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
