About the Role
Equative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring IBM FileNet Administrators for our esteemed client. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing IBM FileNet P8 environments, ensuring smooth operations, security, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 (Content Engine, Process Engine, IBM Content Navigator).
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
- Manage security, user access, and backup/recovery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams for deployments and migrations.
Required Skills
- 4–8years of IBM FileNet P8 administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of FileNet architecture, WebSphere Application Server, and database systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Good to have: IBM FileNet certifications, IBM Case Manager, scripting (Shell/Python).
