Key Responsibilities:
- Finding new sales opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
- Evaluating client needs and proposing suitable HVAC solutions.
- Presenting and explaining HVAC solutions.
- Creating proposals, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Working with other teams to ensure successful project completion and client happiness.
- Achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Keeping informed about industry changes.
- Using CRM software to keep track of sales information.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in HVAC, with a history of meeting sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Capability to work independently and manage time well.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- A relevant degree or comparable experience is often preferred.
