YourKey Responsibilities: 60% of the work involves recruitment, while 40% is focused on other tasks. Collaborate with leadership to shape organizational structure, anticipate workforce
needs, plan for succession, assess skills, and contribute to employee development plans. Plan and execute employee experience initiatives Collaborate with senior management and other HR departments to formulate and
execute HR
strategies, contributing significantly to the realization of organizations, people vision
and
fostering partnerships across internal HR units and the broader ecosystem. Facilitate employee on boarding procedures. Oversee the entire talent acquisition process from start to finish. Maintain data accuracy within the HRMS system. Develop and implement an operational road map for HR, including budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with
organizational objectives. Evaluate trends, identify areas for improvement in performance, retention, and
employee satisfaction, and propose solutions accordingly. Lead performance management initiatives by coaching managers on effective
feedback methods and promoting a culture of high performance. Key Skills and Attributes: Exhibit a hands-on leadership style characterized by high energy & meticulous
attention to detail. Demonstrate a keen focus on innovation and a deep understanding of business
