Objective of Job:
Working in partnership with the business as part of the team as a dedicated HR partner, who embodies the EQ Values and Vision and manages a commercially focused HR department.
Senior People Partner – HR will contribute to enhanced levels of performance, both business, team and individual, working closely with business management teams to develop line management capability and the implementation of good people management practices through advising on complex operational matters, challenging, coaching and mentoring his/her senior colleagues.
