- Supervise, train, and guide housekeeping staff in daily operations.
- Assign duties and ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules.
- Inspect rooms, offices, and common areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain inventory and request replenishment of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
- Handle customer/occupant complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
