The position is that of a SUPERVISOR for a housekeeping team of 5 female tamil speaking staff members at a Boutique Guest House. Preferably Female. Must speak English and Tamil fluently. Should be at least Graduate or above. Relevant job experience will help. Daily Quality check of Rooms, Inventory management, Reporting for maintenance issues, Staff attendance and behavior analysis are the main activities.
