The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role plays a key part in enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Ensure all linen and towels are clean and in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow established procedures for lost and found items.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with laundry operations if required.
- Support other housekeeping team members during high-occupancy periods.
