Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
- Manage and guide staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle guest check-in/check-out and resolve complaints quickly
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Coordinate with different departments for seamless service
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, and basic reporting
