About the Role:
We’re hiring a Hospital Coordinator, primarily responsible for editing and organizing patient medical reports (PDFs, JPGs, scanned files). This is a desk-based role ideal for someone who is methodical, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large volumes of documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, rename, and organize medical reports (PDF/JPG).
- Create clean, professional case files for hospital consultations.
- Send reports to hospitals and track responses.
- Handle basic coordination tasks like visa letters, appointment dates, and airport pickups using templates.
- Maintain confidential data with care and accuracy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in data entry, document processing, or back-office coordination.
- Proficient in file handling, MS Office, email, and basic PDF editing tools.
- Comfortable with computer-based tasks for long hours.
- Good understanding of written English (for reading reports and sending emails).
- Calm, patient, and organized personality.
- Exposure to medical documents is a plus, but not required.
