Job Title: Service Engineer (Home Automation)

Qualification: Diploma / IT
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of Home Automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and service DNX, DSC/Security Systems, CCTV, and Networking solutions.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and provide technical support to clients.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites (outstation travel 2–3 days/week required).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical and Home Automation systems.
- Good knowledge of DNX, DSC/Security Systems, CCTV Installation, and Networking.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in electrical and Home Automation
- Should have a two wheeler with valid driving licence
- Willingness to travel out of town 2 or 3 days a week (must).
- Sound knowledge in DNX, DSC/Security System, CCTV Installation and Networking
