Overview
We are seeking a dedicated trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educating and developing students to enhance their skills and knowledge within the organization. Candidates should have experience in healthcare industry niche such as medical billing, coding, insurance verifications, claims, denials and or overall revenue cycle management.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn and master healthcare-related topics.
- Train and guide enrolled students effectively.
- Deliver engaging and well-structured sessions.
- Ensure students understand key concepts with clarity.
- Record tutoring videos to teach the students online and weekly once in-person classes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and engaging.
- Quick learner: ability to grasp and teach new topics efficiently.
- Teaching/training experience preferred (but not mandatory).
- Well-groomed and professional with a positive attitude.
