Healthcare Customer Support Executive
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site)

Job Summary-
We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Customer Support Executive to join our customer service team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling healthcare or insurance-related queries and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from patients or clients
- Resolve customer queries related to health services, medical insurance claims, billing, appointments, and reports
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal departments such as claims processing, diagnostics, or medical teams for timely resolution
- Ensure all interactions meet quality and compliance standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience (healthcare or insurance domain preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing tools
- Knowledge of healthcare processes, insurance terminology, or medical workflows is an added advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
