Job Summary
Lakmé Academy powered by Aptech is seeking a passionate and skilled Hair Trainer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in Hair Care, Hair Treatments, Colouring, Cutting, and Styling. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students to meet industry standards and excel in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions as per Lakmé’s prescribed curriculum and schedule.
- Ensure students grasp theoretical concepts and practical applications across various hair styling, treatment, and colouring techniques.
- Continuously build student capability to meet professional and salon industry requirements.
- Clarify doubts, resolve queries, and provide individual attention where needed.
- Conduct internal assessments and mock sessions to prepare students for external evaluations.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and learning outcomes to maintain high academic standards.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a professional learning environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and Lakmé's ongoing trainer development programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2; certified course in Hair from a reputed Beauty & Wellness Academy.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on salon or training experience in Hair Care, Colouring, Styling, and Treatments.
- Strong communication skills with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to teach and demonstrate to diverse learners with patience and clarity.
