Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and certified Gym Trainer to inspire and guide our members in achieving their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness training, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive gym culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized training sessions for members.
- Assess clients’ fitness levels and develop customized workout plans.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and nutrition.
- Motivate and encourage members to reach their goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and techniques.
- Assist in promoting gym programs and events.
Qualifications:
- Experience in personal training or group classes preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping others.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
