Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gujarati Typist cum Office Assistant who can draft official letters/documents in Gujarati and also visit government offices for submissions, follow-ups, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of government documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and type official letters/documents in Gujarati language (Government formats as required)
- Prepare applications, affidavits, and other letters as per required formats
- Visit government offices (e.g., Nagar Palika, Collector Office, Talati Office, etc.) to submit or collect documents
- Coordinate with government departments for approvals, submissions, or inquiries
- Maintain organized records of all submissions and correspondence
- Handle office administrative tasks and assist in documentation
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure all documents are accurate and submitted on time
Job Time: 9 am - 6 pm
