Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure timely response to inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments for guest support and hospitality arrangements
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols
- Handle calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Assist in organizing client meetings and corporate hospitality
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality and customer-first attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools
- Fluency in Hindi and English
