Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist members, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure timely setup and support.
Address and resolve member concerns or escalate to the operations team.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Support community events and help create a positive workspace culture.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable personality
Well-groomed and presentable
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
