- GR executive should meet the new patients and do any possible first-hand service steps.
- Check with the patient for their suggestions/complaints if any solve them and make sure they have a pleasant stay in the Hospital.
- Using a line of authority to communicate the suggestions/complaints to the respective department. Follow up with the respective department to fulfill the requirements of the patients.
- Timely submission of feedback analysis report to HOD.
- Coordinating with food services, housekeeping and admission departments on a day-to-day basis for smooth functioning and better patient care.
- Inform about the dial 77 service as one point contact for all the concerns and complaint handling on the patient's arrival.
- Check if adequate welcome amenities are available for the patients on arrival.
