Job Summary:
We’re seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive/ Graphic designer with hands-on skills in video editing, graphic designing, and digital advertising tools. You will manage and execute multi-channel campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and produce engaging visual content for social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage social media channels; plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement
- Perform on-page and technical SEO to increase web traffic
- Edit videos for promotional content, social media reels, webinars, and ads
- Design graphics, banners, infographics using Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator
- Create and edit visuals for ads, social posts, and email marketing
- Access and manage all necessary software licenses and tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, video-editing suites, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics / Ads Manager
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, developers to ensure cohesive marketing output
- Stay current on digital trends, algorithm updates, design best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Design, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, video editing, and graphic design
- Proficient with:
- Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- SEO and SEM platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools)
- Social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret metrics
- Excellent project management, communication, and multi-tasking skills
