We seek a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. This role involves producing high-impact visual brand assets for digital, print, and social campaigns to support Ionob’s multi-service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with digital marketing, content, UI/UX, and development teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals.
- Design and produce marketing collateral: corporate flyers, brochures, social media visuals, infographics, banners, event displays, stationery, and presentations — consistent with Ionob’s visual branding and messaging strategy .
- Support branding efforts: logo design, visual identity systems, brand guideline maintenance, and updates.
- Create or adapt assets for web and app interfaces, email marketing, and digital channels — optimized for performance and format (size, resolution, load time).
- Produce motion graphics or animated visual content for social platforms or marketing campaigns (optional/preferred).
- Prepare mockups and draft visual concepts; iterate based on stakeholder feedback to meet objectives.
- Maintain visual consistency across all in-house and client‑facing communications.
- Assist in maintaining graphic asset libraries and documenting design workflows.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to elevate brand creativity.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with digital/marketing or agency background.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Figma or Sketch for digital design.
- Knowledge of layout principles, typography, color theory, image editing, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email or web content and familiarity with motion/video design tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
Soft Skills & Work Style
- Excellent verbal and visual communication; confident in presenting design ideas and interpreting feedback.
- Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and open to iterative feedback in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting SaaS products or technology brands, especially ERP or B2B digital services.
- Exposure to creating design assets aligned with digital marketing strategies, social media, and web/UI contexts.
- Familiarity with brand compliance in enterprise environments.
