Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor & Creator who can bring our products to life visually. You’ll be responsible for designing compelling creatives and editing high-quality videos that help drive sales, enhance brand presence, and engage audiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Design product packaging, infographics, banners, catalogues, social media posts, and Amazon A+ content.
- Create visual assets for websites, emailers, and digital advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity.
- Video Editing & Creation
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Product Demos, How-To Videos).
- Edit raw product footage and UGC content into polished video formats.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, text overlays, transitions, and sound effects to enhance video content.
Creative Strategy Support
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand briefs and brainstorm visual storytelling ideas.
- Keep up with design and video trends in e-commerce and implement them in projects.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools like Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut).
- Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience in video editing for social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) design specifications is a plus.
- Good sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C brand environment.
Soft Skills:
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with product photography or video shooting using DSLR/mobile.
- Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content & Storefront Design.
- Understanding of performance-driven design for ads.
