Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation – (Graphic Design, Visual Communication) or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects and proficiency in design software.
- Familiarity with design principles, color theory, typography and layout.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling designs for a variety of platforms, including digital media, print materials, social media, and other marketing collateral.
- Design promotional flyers, banners, posters, blog images, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Work on projects such as brand identity, marketing campaigns, social media graphics, and website visuals.
- Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and Figma to create and edit visual content.
- Edit and design short-form video content for YouTube and social media using Canva, Figma, or any basic video editing software.
- Stay updated on industry-standard design tools and techniques.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving brand identity through visual communication.
Skills & Abilities:
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
- Basic skills in video editing for social media and YouTube platforms.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of design trends and industry standards.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation design.
