Ritzzpay is a digital payments app enabling BBPS bill payments, FASTag recharges, credit card repayments, rent payments, and more—backed by rewards and cashback programs. We’re building a clean, trustworthy brand that users love to see in their feed and inside the app.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a creative graphic designer who is hands-on with both static and motion/video content. You’ll own day-to-day creative for app screens, in-app banners, social media promos (posts/reels/shorts), campaign landing visuals, and performance ads—end to end from concept to export.

What You’ll Do
- Design social media creatives (posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, thumbnails) for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
- Create short-form videos (reels/shorts), simple motion graphics, and product explainers; edit UGC-style clips.
- Produce in-app creatives: banners, offer tiles, walkthroughs, tooltips, and push/WhatsApp notification images (as per platform specs).
- Design App Store/Play Store screenshots, feature graphics, and promo videos (ASO assets).
- Build campaign kits for launches, festive promotions, cashback offers, and referral drives—adaptable across channels.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, iconography, color/typography scales; ensure visual consistency.
- Collaborate with Growth & Product on A/B tests; iterate using CTR, CVR, and retention signals.
- Prep exports across sizes, formats, aspect ratios; manage a clean assets library.
- Ensure compliance-friendly creatives (clear T&Cs, no misleading claims; respect BBPS/partner logo rules).
What You’ll Bring
- Strong portfolio across both static and video/motion work (share links).
- Proficiency with Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects/Premiere) or equivalent tools (Figma for layouts; CapCut/DaVinci acceptable for edits).
- Understanding of social platform specs, safe zones, and best practices for reach/engagement.
- Comfort designing for mobile-first UI and exporting crisp assets for multiple densities.
- Ability to take a brief, storyboard quickly, and turn around high-quality outputs fast.
- Eye for typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing and performance-creative thinking.
Nice to Have
- Lottie/bodymovin animations, simple 2D motion/kinetic type.
- Fintech or e-commerce brand experience.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp template image guidelines and App Store/Play Store rules.
- Basic photography/lighting for UGC shoots.
