Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
- Design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other creative assets when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design innovations.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare final design files for print and digital publishing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to translate requirements into creative, visually appealing content.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (added advantage).
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
