Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative projects using AI-powered design tools to develop brand assets, marketing materials, UI/UX elements, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure visual consistency and innovation.
- Explore and implement AI tools for automation of routine tasks (e.g., background removal, image generation, layout suggestions).
- Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, machine learning, and visual automation.
- Train and mentor junior designers in AI-enhanced workflows.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms while leveraging AI to scale output.
Required Skills & Tools:Design Expertise:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory knowledge
Soft Skills:
- Creative leadership and mentorship
- Communication and collaboration across departments
- Problem-solving with a tech-savvy mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years using AI-based tools
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing traditional and AI-enhanced work
- Experience in brand design, web/mobile design, or motion graphics a plus
