Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create visual designs, including social media posts, brochures, posters, banners, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate requirements into impactful creatives.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and guidelines across all visual communications.
- Develop layouts and design templates for internal and external communication.
- Edit images, videos, and other visual media as required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and other stakeholders for production requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), CorelDRAW, or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX and motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills.
