Position: Female Hostel Warden
Location: Sindhu Matric Hr Sec School , Dharapuram
Salary: Competitive with food and accommodation
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of students.
- Supervise students' daily routines and discipline.
- Address students' personal and academic concerns with care.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the hostel premises.
- Handle emergencies and provide basic first aid when needed.
- Coordinate with school management and parents for student welfare.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a warden or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle situations with patience and empathy.
- Must be responsible and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
